The Kingdom of Lavo was a political entity (mandala) on the left bank of the Chao Phraya River in the Upper Chao Phraya valley from the end of Dvaravati civilization, around the 7th century, until 1388. The original center of Lavo civilization was Lavo (modern Lopburi), but the capital shifted southward to Ayodhaya, the port city on the right side of the Ayutthaya island around the 11th century, whereupon

Sri rammdeba Magara This name has been found in two Sukhothai inscription : Sri Chum and Wat Khao Kop. “Sri Ramadeba Nagara” is not found in the inscription in the Ayudhaya period ; However in the “Wat Song Khop” inscription, the name “Nagara Bhra Rama” has been observed. It was concluded in this study that the two names “Sri Ramadeba Nagara” and “Nagara Bhra Rama” referred to the same city. The name “Nagara Bra Rama” was the title conferred by the King on the governor of Lopburi province in the Ayudhaya period. Thus, “Sri Ramadeba Nagara” and “Nagara Bhra Rama” are, in fact, old names of Lopburi province.
